On ground spectroscopic surveys: status and future plans
This meeting aims to assess the role of the Spanish community on the Gaia on-ground spectroscopic surveys. Furthermore, we aim to measure up if we can enhance the future use of our ICTs to complement Gaia data. The meeting has three well defined sections, each with a coordinator which will be responsible for transmitting a summary to the plenary meeting scheduled for Friday moring.

Coordinator: I. Negueruela
- GES status overview (A. Vallenari)
- GES/UVES Phisical parameter determination (D. Montes, J. González-Hernández)
- GES/FLAMES Status of the target selection process (E. Alfaro)
- GES/FLAMES Discrepancies in the Physical Parameter determination (S. Blanco, Burdeos)
- Accurate astrometry for GES open clusters (C. Jordi, L. Balaguer-Núñez)
