Presenters Information

Oral Presentations

• All presentations should be done from one of the conference computers.
• For compatibility reasons we strongly encourage speakers to have their presentations in PDF format. If needed Windows and OSX, with all the usual software packages, will be available.

Poster Presentations

• The maximum poster size will be A0 (841 mm x1189 mm) in portrait layout.
• The poster can be hang on Monday 1st and they shall be taken down on Friday 5th afternoon.

Power plugs in Spain

• We use Schuko power plugs. In practice these are the same as in Portugal and Germany but are different from the French, US, UK and Italian ones. You need to bring your own adapter/converter.
