Sergi Bartolomé is an informatics engineer, graduated in the Facultat d’Informàtica de Barcelona of Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2016, who joined the UB Gaia team in april 2017. As the Data Processing Center of Barcelona (DPCB) operator, he is in charge of assuring the correct input and output data flow of the center, and also manages the IDU executions in MareNostrum (BSC-CNS).
On a personal level, he’s a music and videogames enthusiast, environmentalist and animal rights activist, and spends his free time learning more and more about these topics.
